360 - Fable 2, Eternal Sonata, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.
DS - Phoenix Wright 1-2.
PS2 - Pretty much everything by Shin Megami Tensei except for Persona 4, Final Fantasy X and XII, Star Ocean 3: Till The End Of Time, La Pucelle Tactics, .hack//Infection.
PC - Final Fantasy VII, hands down.

EVO for the SNES was awesome. DBA Tenkaichi Budokai III was sweet too.
All-time favorite though is definitely TES III: Morrowind

I loved Morrowind, however Cliff Racers made me RAAAAAGE constantly.

Yeah, but with a good spear skill, cliff racers were necessary for harvesting racer plumes for levitation potions. Those are essential to finding good items in the ashlander tombs (like the one with the rock spire in the middle of that big cavern). Hella glass weapons.
